ORDER
1. Vide order dated 03.05.2007 in RFA 630/2004, the Division Bench of this Court passed as under: "It is stated that in terms of the compromise arrived at between the parties, possession is delivered to the respondent. The appeal M>as disposed of on the basis of compromise arrived at between the parties. One of the terms of compromise is that in the event ofthefinal decision in the suit CS (OS) No. 2172/2003 going against the appellant, she shall hand over the second floor of the premises namely 45, Sant Nagar, East ofKailash to Sh. Ram Singh or his nominee. Sh. Ram Singh is present in the Court and he states that in that situation the possession should be handed over to Sh. Ram Singh or Col. J.P. Singh, his son. Theappellant has no objection to this. No further orders are required to be passed in this application which has already been disposed of " 2013:DHC:7443
2. Above noted order has attained the finality. The impugned orders are qua the same property. The petitioner has nothing to do with the order passed by the trial court. Present petition is misuse of judicial process. I am not inclined to interfere therewith.
3. In view of the above, instant petition is not maintainable and the same along with pending application is dismissed. •r 4. Dasti to both the parties, under the signature ofCourt Master.
