During the course of arguments, the parties have agreed that the
Complaint Case No. 6704/1/2012 pending between the parties in the
Saket Court be transferred to the Dwarka Court where five other complaint cases between the parties are listed for disposal. The parties further agree that all these cases be transferred to the Court of
Sh.Ravinder Singh, Metropolitan Magistrate, Dwarka Court for disposal.
Accordingly, in the interest of justice, Complaint Case NO. 6704/1/2012 pending in Saket Court is transferred to the Court of
Sh.Ravinder Singh, Metropolitan Magistrate/ Successor Court at
Dwarka Court for disposal as per law.
