12.08.2013 After some hearing, learned counsel for the appellant states that time for payment of Rs.30 lacs and Rs.'5 lacs may be extended. We notice that as perthe impugned order payment ofRs.30 lacs was to be
2013:DHC:6745-DB made in two equal instalments of Rs.l5 lakhs each. The first instalment was tobe paid on Xf" May, 20j)3 and the second instalment was to be paid before 30^ June, 20((3. Rs.5 lacs was to be paid by 2"
July, 2013. Keeping in view the submissions made, we are inclined to extend the time by six weeks from today, but the entire amount will be paid within the said time. In case of non-payment, it will be open to the tribunal to deal with the appeals in accordance with law. It is clarified that no further extension of time will be granted.
The appeals are disposed of AUGUST 12, 2013 VKR^
