Violence Act are pending in the court at Karkardooma. The respondent No.2 resides at Laxmi Nagar, Pelhi, 2013:DHC:8229
Since the petition under Section 125 Cr.P.C. and complaint under Section 12 of Domestic Violence Act filed by respondent No.2 are pending for disposal in the Court of
Ms.Vandana Jain, MM (Mahila Court), East, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi, in the interestofjustice the caseState Vs.Mahesh Saran arising out of FIR No.59/2009 under Section 498A/406/34 IPC registered at
Police Station CAW Cell, Nanalcpura, New Delhi, pending in the court of Ms.Tyagita Singh, MM (Mahila Court), Dwarka pourts, is transferred to the court of Ms.Vandana Jain, MM (Mahila Court)
