ORDER
1. Thc learned counsel for the petitioners submit that the complaint has been dismissed in default on22"d February, 2013.
2. The learned counsel for respondent no.2 submits that after the dismissal of the complaint on 22nd February,2013, respondent no.2 applied for restoration and the next date of hearing before the learned Trial Court is 12tr' September,2013.
3. The grievance of the petitioners in this petition is that process under Sections 82 and 83 Cr.PC has been issued against the petitioner no.2 vide order dated 15d' January, 2010. It is submitted that the petitioner no.2 is a resident of Allahabad and does not have a local surety and he may be permitted to produce a surety from Allahabad.
4. The proper remedy for the petitioner is to approach learned Trial Court. No case for interference is made out the in \> Section 482 Cr.PC.
5. The petitions are therefore dismissed.
6. The pending applications stand disposed of.
