JUDGMENT

1. Mr. Shoumendu Mukherji, learned Senior Panel Counsel for the petitioners submits that this writ petition, which is directed against the interim order passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal[1] has been rendered infructuous as the OA itself stands disposed of by an order passed yesterday. He therefore, seeks leave to withdraw this writ petition, submitting that he would seek appropriate remedies in law against the final judgment of Tribunal.

2. Leave and liberty is granted as aforesaid. “the Tribunal”, hereinafter W.P.(C) 2556/2025

3. The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.
