This Court does not see any reason to interfere with the impugned order.
Learned counsel for the appellant sought liberty to approach the
Single Judge with a suitable application for grant of extension of time to deposit the amount and also liberty to seek modilication to the extent of reduction of the liabihty.
The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
