19.08.2013 The learned counsel for the appellants in these appeals states that he has instructions to withdraw the same. He is only requesting that the time for vacating the premises be extended by eight weeks i from today. We permit the learned counsel for the appellants to withdraw this appeal. However, we do not accede to his request for extending the time entirely inasmuch as we feel that a further extension of four weeks would suffice. The learned counsel for'the appellants shall file an undertaking by each ofthe appellants that they i
( will vacate the premises within four weeks from today. The undertaking be filed in the form ofan affidavit within a week.
With the aforesaid directions, the appeals are dismissed as withdrawn.
