ORDER

1. The petitioners are seeking quashing of FIR No.825/2007, P.S. Uttam Nagar under Sections 323/452/341/427/34 IPC on the ground that they have settled the matter with respondents no.2 to 4.

2. The petitioners as well as respondents no.2 to 4 are present in Court and they confirm the settlement. Respondents no.2 to 4 have no objection to the quashing of the FIR.

3. Learned APP for the State has no objection to the quashing ofthe FIR subject tocost being imposed on the petitioners.

4. This Court is satisfied that it is in the interest of justice and to maintain peace in the society to quash the FIR inquestion.

5. The petition is allowed and the FIR No.825/2007, P.S. Uttam 1^ 2013:DHC:7396 Nagar under Sections 323/452/341/427/34 IPG is hereby quashed subject to cost of Rs.10,000/- to be deposited by each of the petitioners with the Prime Minister's National Relief Fund for being utilized towards the recent Uttaraldiand tragedy. Cost be deposited within a period of six weeks. The original receipt of deposit of cost be filed before thelearned Trial Court and the copy thereofbepersonally handed over to the investigating officer.
