The learned counsel for the appellant seeks liberty to approach the
Single Judge for a clarification ofthe order dated 14^^ May, 2013. The contention specifically urged is that the property, in particular, originally belonged to the Delhi Improvement Trust and has been succeeded to and that the lease deed is limited in point of time which contains a specific condition ofimpartibility. Liberty is granted. It is open to the appellant'to seek clarification by moving an appropriate application.
The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. Order dasti.
