At the outset Mr. Manoj Ohri, learned APP appearing on behalf of the respondent-State on instructions submits in the present case permission as required from the concerned DCP has not been applied for seeking arrest ofthe applicants.
In the circumstances, the applications are disposed of at this stage with a direction to the police to give the applicants a notice of seven clear days after receiving permission from the concerned DCP for the arrestof the applicants.
