JUDGMENT
1. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 407 Cr.P.C. praying inter alia for transfer of a case arising out of FIR No.24/2005 registered under Section 376 IPG at PS Kapashera, Delhi, from the Fast Track Court at Dwarka to another Fast Track Court at Tis Hazari.
2. Counsel for the petitioner has been asked to inform the Court as to what is the stage of the aforesaid case in the trial court. He states that evidence has already been recorded in the matter and the same is listed before the learned ASJ on 27.9.2013 for final arguments. He further states that the petitioner is not satisfied by the manner in which the court has recorded the evidence. TR.P.(CRL) 45/2013 2013:DHC:8214
3. The aforesaid ground can hardly be treated as a ground for seeking transfer of a case from one court to another more so when evidence of the parties has already been recorded and the case is ripe for arguments.
