He seeks liberty to approach the learned Single Judge with a fresh application for injunction and place on record such new material. j
Liberty granted. All rights and contentions ofthe parties are reserved.
It is open to the appellant to impugn the correctness of the order which may be made in the fresh application and also if necessary, impugn the order which is the subject matter ofthe present appeal.
