JUDGMENT
1. These six appeals preferred against the judgments and decrees all dated 20.02.2013 of the Additional District Judge -03 (Central), Delhi in Suits No.97/2006, 93/2006, 92/2006, 96/2006, 94/2006 & 95/2006 respectively were vide order dated 23.07.2013 referred to the mediation cell of this Court.
2. Mediation has been successful with the efforts of Ms. Anjali Vohra, Advocate / Mediator and a SettlementAgreementdated 21.08.2013 statedto be signed by the Managing Director ofthe appellant and the respondent and the respective counsels andthe Mediator hasbeenreceived in this Court.
3. The counsels for the appellant and the respondent support the said Settlement Agreement.
4. The Settlement arrived at between the parties is found to be lawful and is allowed.
5. As agreed in the Settlement Agreement, the decrees impugned in each of the appeals shall stand satisfied upon receipt by the respondent of a sum of ^35,00,000/- from the appellant in the mannerrecorded in the Settlement Agreement. 2013:DHC:8551
6. The appeals are disposed of in terms of the Settlement Agreement which shall form part of the decree sheet, leaving the parties to bear their own costs.
7. The counsel for the appellant seeks refund ofthe Court Fees.
8. Allowed.
9. The Registry to issue a Certificate to the appellant to enable the appellant to obtain refund from the Collector, Delhi of the amount of the Court Fees paid on the appeals.
10. Decree sheet be drawn up.
