After some hearing, the learned counsel for the appellants sought liberty to withdraw the appeal. He, however, stated that liberty may be reserved to the appellants to approach the Single Judge for limited variation of the order on condition that they fiimish specific proposal for raismg limited loan to suitably renovate the property. Such liberty is granted; the application, ifmade,however,be dealtwith on its own merits.
The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
