This is a joint application filed on behalf of the parties under
Order XXIII Rule 3 read with Section 151 of Civil Procedure Code which is signed by the parties and by their respective counsel. The application is also supported by the affidavit of the Appellant and the affidavit ofthe Respondent.
It is stated in the application that the parties have amicably resolved all their disputes and differences as per the terms of the settlement incorporated in the Compromise Deed Exhibit X-1. The said Compromise Deed is also signed by the parties and witnessed by their respective fathers.
The parties are present in Court today who undertake to abide by the terms ofthe Compromise Deed Exhibit X-1. It is further agreed between the parties that subject to the fulfilment and compliance of

ORDER
and decree dated 4^ October, 2012 passed by
Sh.Kamlesh Kumar, learned Additional Principal Judge, Family
Courts, Rohini, Delhi in HMA No.925/11 which is impugned in the present Appeal shallbecome final andbinding between the parties.
The settlement arrived at between the parties and the present
Compromise Deed will put to end all litigations between the parties including the proceedings filed by the Appellant under the Domestic
Violence Act, 2005, the maintenancepetition under Section 125Cr.PC and the criminal proceedings initiated by the Appellant against the
Respondent. The parties have also jointly agreed to move a joint petition for quashing of FIR No.302/2011 registered against the
Respondent and his family members onthe complaint oftheAppellant at Police Station Kirti Nagar under Section 498A/406/34 IPC, proceedings in respectof which arepending beforethe trial Court.
In view of the aforesaid, we dispose of the present Appeal as compromised. Parties shall be bound by their respective undertakings given to the Court today and as set out in Exhibit X-1, which are taken on record. Any breach of the said undertakings and/or the terms and conditions of the Compromise Deedis liable to be viewed seriously.
Appeal stands disposed of in the above terms.
