With the consent of counsels the applications are taken up for hearing and disposal.
These are applications by which the petitioner prays permission to withdraw the petitions filed under Section 9 of the Arbitration and
Conciliation Act, 1996 (in short the Act). These being: OMP
Nos. 8 1 4/2 012, 8I5 12012, 816 12012, 817 120 1 2 and 83212012. Liberty is also sought to approach the arbitral tribunal.

I am informed by Mr. Kalra that he has already filed applications before the arbitral tribunal seeking impleadment in the matter.
In view of the above, Mr. Alok Kumar says that he does not wish to file replies to the captioned applications.
In these circumstances, all that the court can order at this stage is, to grant permission to the learned counsel for the petitioners to withdraw the captioned petitions as prayed. It is ordered accordingly.
The captioned applications are disposed of.
Needless to say, if the petitioners have already filed applications before the arbitral tribunal, the arbitral tribunal shall take a decision on the said applications in accordance with the law, after hearing all parties concerned.
