ORDER
1. I am happy to note that counsel for the parties have fairly advised their clients and accordingly it is agreed that the writ petitions be disposed of and are disposed of with the direction that the petitioner will receive a sum of Rs.4.21 lacs in full and final settlement of all her claims for her services rendered with the school. This amount will be paid to the petitioner through counsel by cheque within one week from today. On receipt of the aforesaid amount, there would be complete accord and satisfaction between the parties with respect to the services rendered by the petitioner with the school and dues arising therefrom.
