The FIR is registered on the statement of one Nitin. The allegations are that on 10.8.2013 at about 7.30 p.m., Nitin who is their neighbour, had got touched with Sonu due to darkness as a result ofwhich some quarrel had taken place. In the meantime, brother of complainant came and separated them. After five minutes thereof, Sonu along with his father i.e. accused
Ikram, Nasir @ Naseem and one more person came to the house of complainant i.e. Nitin with wooden dqndas and started quarrelling with them. The allegations against the presentpetitioner are that he had slapped

Learned, counsel ibr the petitioner has submitted that the son ofthe
:: present petitioner had received merciless beatings by the complainant Nitin
• andFIRhas been registered againstthe complainant andhis associates. It is
• stated that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and
. theFIRhasbeenreigisteredas acounterblasttotheFIRofthe complainant.
The MLC has been perused as per which.there is aclot on the left
, nostril ofthe injured. No other external injury is noted in the MLC. There
IS across case also,agaiw the complainant registered on the complaint of son ofthe accused.
Consideringthe nature ofallegations, it is ordered that in the event of arrest, the petitioner be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond in the
^ sum of ^10,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of arresting ofGcei^.0.
The petitioner shall join the investigation as and when called by the
I.O. In case the petitioner fails to join the investigation, the State shall be at liberty to apply for cancellation ofbail.
