CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE S. RAVINDRA BHAT
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE NAJMIWAZIRI
30.08.2013 The appeal is not maintainable as it is directed against orders which are not appealable. The parties had entered into a compromise which was recorded by the Court in October, 2012 in terms of which the applicant/appellant had to pay Rs. 9.37 crores. The impugned order merely extends the time to facilitate the deposit ofmonies as per the aforesaid compromise. Be that as it may, the Court is ofthe view that no prejudice would be caused to the parties by the directions of the learned Single Judge requiring deposit ofRs.7 crores at this stage..
The appeal is dismissed.
