05.09.2013 It is submitted by learned ASC appearing for the State that charge sheet has already been submitted. So far as Section 14 of the
Child Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1986 is concerned, the same has been deleted. Charge sheet has been submitted for offence under Section 23 ofJuvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children)
Act, 2000.
According to learned counsel for the petitioner even this section has no application to the facts ofthe case in hand.
This submission can be made before the concerned Court when arguments on charge will be heard.
That being so, the petition is disposed of.
