Afore-captioned two applications arise out of FIR No.120/2012, under Sections 420/468/471/34 of IPC registered at P.S. Kotla
Mubarakpur, Delhi.
Petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in these two applications on merits. Learned counsel for petitioners contends that no criminal offence is made out against petitioners, as the dispute raised in the FIR in question is ofpurely civil nature.
While entertaining these two applications, interim protection was granted to petitioners with directionto join the investigation.
Mr.Ravi Nayak, Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent-State, confirms that petitioners have joined the investigation.
Without commenting on the merits ofthis case, interim order of8*^
February, 2013 is made absolute. In the event of arrest, petitioners-i?zYa
Arora and Gulshan Kumar Arora be admitted to bail, subject to their furnishing bail bond in the sum off25,000/- each with one local surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of Investigating Officer/Arresting
Officer. Needless to say that if petitioners do not join further investigation, then, the respondent-State would be at liberty to get this order revoked.
