(defendant No.2 in CS(OS) No. 447/2007), Mi'S. Sapna Khanna (defendant
No.3 in CS(OS) No. 447/2007), Mrs. Sarika Manchanda (defendant No.4 in
CS(OS) No. 447/2007) and Mr. Tulsi Dass Malik (plaintiffNo.1 in CS(OS)
No. 447/2007 and defendant in CS(OS) No. 72/2007).
The parties have also placed on record their deed of settlement dated
02.09.2013 arrived at between them and duly signed by them. Mr. Tulsi Dass Malik, Mrs.Gulshan Malik & Mr. Manish Malik are present in Court and they have been identified by their respective counsel.
The terms of the settlement appear to be just, fair & reasonable. I see no impediment in accepting the same. The parties shall remain bound by the said settlement.
Accordingly, the two suits being CS(OS) Nos.72/2007 & 447/2007 are decreed in terms of the settlement contained in the settlement deed dated
02.09.2013.
