ORDER

1 This is a petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with section 482 Cr.P.0 for grant of parole of two months to the petitioner.

2. It is stated that petitioner was convicted in RC No.56(A)/95 7 & 13(2) read with section 13(1)(d) of the P.C. Act and has been sentenced to SI for three years vide order of sentence dated 16th December, 2002 and a fine of Z 5000/- and in default, to further undergo SI for five months. It i[3] submitted that the criminal appeal filed by the petitioner has already been dismissed by this court on 6th May, 2011.

3. It is submitted that petitioner has undergone sentence of two years and seven months including remission and his unexpired sentence is only four months and few days. It is further submitted that there is no one to look after the wife of the petitioner and petitioner has also to make financial 2013:DHC:7526 In arrangement to get his son admitted as he has passed Class XII examination.

4. I have considered the submissions made as well as gone through the nominal roll. Petitioner has earlier availed parole from 19.4.2012 to 2.5.20 12 for two weeks and he has not misused the same.

5. Nothing contrary is point out by respondent-CBI.

6. Considering the submissions made, petitioner is granted parole for a period of four weeks from the date of his release on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Z 20000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of Jail Superintendent. Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
