ORDER
1. A copy of the settlement entered into between the parties has been handed over by counsel for the parties in Court today. The same is taken on record. Counsel for the respondents identify the signatures of respondent Nos. 1 and 2 on this document which is marked 'A'. The signatures of respondent No.l are at point 1 on every page of this document and the signatures of respondent No.2 are at point[2] on every page of this document as identified by counselfor the respondents. Counsel for the respondents, on instructions from and on behalf of his clients, who are arrayed as respondents herein, undertakes to this Court to be bound by terms and conditions ofthe settlement. He states further that his clients had been duly explained and they fully understand the consequences of any violation of their undertaking and they are boundby the sameto honourtheir obligations under the settlement entered into by them with the petitioner on 2"*^ August, 2013, the terms whereof are set down in document marked 'A'.
2. Counsel for the respondents further undertakes to have the old draft of Rs.4,00,000/- bearing No. 638087 dated 11^*^ October, 2012 drawn on 2013:DHC:8616 i Central Bank of India favouring the petitioner-Anuradha Nanda; which has been handed over by him in the court; renewed and returned to the counsel within 2 weeks fromtoday. 3., Further, bank draft bearing No. 8828738 dated 12*^ September, 2013 drawn on ICICI bank for Rs.4,00,000/- favouring the petitioner-Anuradha Nanda has also been handed over by counsel for the respondents to the counsel for the petitioner in lieu of a post-dated cheque dated 10^*^ September, 2013 bearing No.047932, drawn on Axis bank, for Rs.4,05,000/which has been dishonoured by the respondent's bank. Counsel fiirther states that his clients shall pay the remaining Rs.5,000/- towards the said dishonoured cheque also to the petitioner within 2 weeks from today. He fiirther undertakes to make available to the petitioner proofof deposit of all the relevant TDS certificates with regard to the payments envisaged in the settlement between theparties within twoweeks from today.
4. The aforesaid undertaking of the respondents is accepted by this Court. The respondents shallbe boundby the same.
5. Counsel for the petitioner states that in view ofthe above, he does not press this contemptpetition any fiirther.
6. Consequently, the contempt petition is disposed of in the above terms.
