Birbal, learned counsel for Shri Gill states that the offer is indeed acceptable to his client. Mr. Gill is present in Court and confirms to the statementmadeby his cDunsel ShriBirbal.
It is fiirther consented by the counsel for the parties that the amount agreed would be ^aid by the employer - M/s. Electronics
Corporation ofIndia Limited within four weeks from today and that
Shri Gill can collect the same from Delhi Branch at Naraina.
