ORDER

1. This Contempt Petition is predicated on the non-compliance of the orders passed by this court on 13.12.2010 in WP(C) No.6712/2004, whereby the petition was disposed off while setting aside the impugned order passed by the Tribunal and further directing the respondents to grant the benefit of ACP scheme in the scale of Rs.4500 to 7000 and not in the scale ofRs.4000 to 6000.

2. Counsel for the respondents submits that this was acommon petition filed by eighteen petitioners. She further submits that the benefit as envisaged in the aforesaid decision of this Court has, in fact, now been extended to the petitioners. The only question remains is the disbursement of the arrears to them on the basis of the aforesaid decision. She further states that there is adearth offunds which is being urgently addressed and the arrears shall be disbursed, in any case, within 6weeks from today. She further submits that the relevant due and drawn statement shall also be furnished to the petitioners in this behalfwithin aperiod of 8weeks from 2013:DHC:8624 today.

3. The statement of counsel for the respondents is accepted by this Court.

4. Counsel for the petitioners states that in view ofthe above, he does not press the petition any further.

5. Consequently, this petition is disposed offinthe above terms.
