1. The reply which is stated to have been returned under objection be refiled within 3 days from today. Counsel for the respondents submits that the process of implementation of the judgment of the Division Bench of this Court dated 23'"*^ December, 2011 in LPA No.1097/2011 which the petitioner alleges has not been fully implemented, is in the process of implementation and further that the entire process shall be completed within 3 months from today. Statement of counsel for the respondents is accepted by the Court.

2. Counsel for the petitioner states that under the circumstance, he does not wish to press the petition any further.
