13.09.2013 Present contempt petitions have been filed alleging wilful disobedience and breach of orders dated 29^*^ May, 2013 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) Nos.
3681/2013 and 3678/2013.
It is pertinent to mention that on 10^ September, 2013, this Court on the ground ofnon-compliance ofthe orders dated 29^ May, 2013 had dismissed the aforesaid writ petitions.

In any event, as the possession of the garages has been taken over by individual flat owners and not by Resident Welfare Association who had filed the writ petitions, no useful purpose would be served by continuing with the present proceedings.
Accordingly, present contempt petitions are dismissed, but petitioners are given liberty to initiate proceedings in accordance with law for recovery of possession of their alleged garages and also for recovery of damages/compensation.
