ORDER
1. Concededly, the writ petitioner has sought impleadment, which has been granted by the Supreme Court in WP.
(C) No.580/2013, challenging the corrigendum which is under challenge in the instant writ petition. ') -'-'· The matter has been heard by the Supreme Court and currently awaits decision. W.Ps.(C) No.474612013 & 5034/2013 Page 1 of[2]. 2013:DHC:7626-DB // b
3. Needless to state, the petitioner cannot avail two parallel writ remedies. One before the Supreme Court and the other before this Court.
4. That apart, arguments have been heard by the Supreme Court on the issue and matter awaits judgment.
5. Accordingly, the above captioned writ petitions are disposed of as infructuous.
6. Needless to state, fate of the petitioner on the challenge to the corrigendum in question would be decided by the Supreme Court.
