In view ofthe order passed on 2U'August, 2013,the petitioner has filed the undertaking by way of affidavit dated 3'^'' September, 2013 whereby he has undertaken to hand over and vacate the peaceful possession ofthe premises to the respondent/landlord on or before 3U'December,2015
2013:DHC:8530 and further he shall not sub-let or create third ,party interest in the suit property. The said undertaking is acceptable to the respondent. The petition is disposed of.
