JUDGMENT
1. The present petitions have been filed by the petitioners under Section 438 Cr.PC praying inter alia for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.198/2013 lodged under Sections 323/354/506/509/34 IPG at Police Station: Bindapur.
2. A perusal of the order dated 02.08.2013 reveals that the petitioners were granted interim protection till today.
3. Learned APP for the State submits that after 02.08.2013, all the petitioners except for the petitioner in BAIL APPLN.1422/2013, Rinkal Tyagi have been appearing before the Investigating Officer and have been co-operating in the investigation. 4. Mr. Mohit Mathur, Advocate appearing for tiie petitioners assures the Court that the petitioner in BAIL APPLN. 1422/2013, Rinkal Tyagi shall also appear before the Investigating Officer today itself.
5. In view of the aforesaid submission, it is directed that in the event of arrest, the petitioners shall be released on bail on their furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ?25,0d0/- each with two local sureties each of the like amount to the satisfaction of the arresting officer/Station House Officer and subject to the following conditions:
(i) The petitioner in BAIL APPLN. 1422/2013, Rinkal Tyagi shall appear before the Investigating Officer today itself at 3 PM.
(ii) The petitioners shall continue to co-operate with the investigation and present themselves for interrogation by the police officer as and when required.
(iii) The petitioners shall not, directly or indirectly, make any inducement, threat or promise to any person so as to dissuade them from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer.
6. The petitions are disposed of.
