JUDGMENT

1. On 24.7.2013, afresh Status Report was called for. The same is handed over by the learned APP for the State, with acopy to the other side.

2. Learned APP for the State submits that during the course of the investigations, the complainant had disclosed that the mother of the main accused, Narinder Singh Nagi(petitioner in Bail.Appn.No.773/2013), had stated that the relationship between him B.A.NOS. 772 &773/2013 Page No.l of[3] 2013:DHC:6936 and the prosecutrik was strained and therefore, their engagement could not be sustained. It is further stated that all the petitioners have joined the investigation and they had stated that they have never misbehaved with the complainant.

Learned APP submits on instructions from the 10 that the complainant had produced some bills of garments etc. that she and her family had gifted to the petitioners at the time of her roka ceremony that had taken place on 4.12.2010. He submits that though the complainant claims that her parents have gifted asum of ?2 lacs in cash and gold items to the family members of Sh.Narinder Singh Nagi(petitioner in Bail.Appn.No.773/2013), the bills produced by the complainant are of a lesser amount.

4. Counsel for the petitioners states that without prejudice to the rights of the petitioners and subject to final adjustment, if any, the petitioners are willing to reimburse the complainant by paying her a lumpsum amount of ?2 lacs before the 10.

In view of the aforesaid submission and having regard to the submission made by the learned APP, it is directed that in the event of their arrest, the petitioners shall be released on bail, subject to their furnishing apersonal bond in the sum of ^30,000/- each with one local B.A. Nos. 772 &773/2013 ''^ge No.2 of[3] surety each in the like amount, to the satisfaction of the investigating Officer/arresting officer. Needless to state that the petitioners shall fully co-operate in the investigation and will not create any hindrance or impediment during the course of investigation.

6. It is further directed that the petitioner in BAIL- APPLN.No.773/2013 shall appear before the 10 today at 4PM for handing over the sum of lacs to the complainant against receipt.

7. The petitions are disposed of. DASTI.
