ORDER o/o 25.09.2013 \< Petitioners seek anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in
Case FIR No.103/2012 under Sections 420/468/471/34 IPG registered at PS
Kirti Nagar. The petitioners were granted interim protection Vide order
I dated 24.04.2012. They have joined the investigation on number of occasions. After perusing the FSL report, the learned Additional Public
Prosecutor has fairly stated that custodial interrogation ofthe petitioners is not required. He has no objection to the grant ofanticipatory bail.
Considering the facts and circumstances ofthe case and the fact that the petitioners have since joined the investigation and their custodial interrogation is not required, the petitioners are admitted to anticipatory bail in Case FIR No.103/2012 under Sections 420/468/471/34 IPC registered at
PS Kirti Nagar and in the event oftheir arrest, they be released on bail on their furnishing personal bond in the sum of^50,000/- each with one surety each in the like amount to the satisfaction ofthe SHO/Investigating Officer with the condition that they shall join the investigation as and when required.
