ORDER

1. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner, through jail, under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying inter a/ia for being released on parole to arrange funds to engage a counsel to file a SLP before the Supreme Court and to reconnect social ties with his family members. S 2. A perusal of the writ petition reveals that the petitioner had applied for grant of parole to the Govt. of NCT of Delhi on 29.7.2013, but no response has been received from the State till date.

3. Notice. Learned ASC for the State accepts notice and assures the Court that the Govt. of NCT of Delhi shall consider the pending W.P.(CRL) 1607/2013 2013:DHC:7523 II application of the petitioner for grant of parole and pass appropriate orders thereon within a period of two weeks from today, under written intimation to the petitioner.
