ORDER o 27.09.2013 IA No.15429/2013 This is an application filed by the parties under order 23 Rule 3 cPC stating that the parties have compromised. In terms of the compromise plaintiffhas agreed to accept a sum of Rs.3 lacs from the defendant by way of demand draft in full and final settlement of all the claims.
Learned counsel for the defendant has today handed over a demand draft of Rs.3 lacs bearing No.000362 dated,31.g.20l3 of
HDFC Bank to Mr.vinod Kumar Gupta, partner of the plaintifffirm, who is present in person before the Court. cs(os) 1281/200e Page I of 2

CS(OS) 128112009 accordingly stands disposed of.
In terms of Section 16 A of the court Fee Act the plaintiff shall be entitled to refund of 50% of the Court fee. Certificate to the said effect be drawn up by the Registry.
All pending applications stand disposed of accordingly.
