At the hearing, it was brought to the notice of this Court that the charge-sheet in this FIR case has been already filed. In view thereof, petitioners have an efficacious alternative remedy ·available to urge the pleas taken herein before the trial court at the stage of hearing on the point ofcharge.
In view of aforesaid, both these petitions and applications are dismissed with liberty to petitioners to urge the pleas taken herein before the trial court at the stage offraming ofcharge.
