04.10.2013 The present bail applications have been filed by the petitioners under Section 438 Cr.P.C. praying inter alia for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.372/2013 lodged at the instance of Ms.Deepti Chauhan.
Learned counsel for the petitioner and the complainant submit that the parties have arrived at an amicable settlement before Delhi High Court
Mediation and Conciliation Centre and also signed a Settlement
Agreement dated 3.10.2013, a copy of which has been filed in BAIL APPLN.
No.1594/2013, which is a connected matter.
Learned counsel for the parties submit that in view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, no formal orders are required to be passed in these bail applications.
Accordingly, bail applications stand dismissed as not pressed at this stage in view of the settlement arrived at between the parties.
Let a copy of this order be given DASTI to counsel for the parties under the signature of Court Master.
