04.10.2013 Vide order of4^'^ May, 2012 the main petition seeking quashing of
FIR No.673/1998 under Sections 420/468/471/34 of IPC registered at
P.S. Bhajanpura, Delhi was disposed of with liberty to petitioner to approach this Court again for consideration of petitioner's request for time bound direction to trial court if the prosecution evidence is not concluded within a period of nine months.
Learned counsel for petitioner submits that despite a passage of more than one year, the prosecution evidence is stillnot complete and out of 28 witnesses, evidence of 18witnesses only has been recorded.
In view of stand taken as aforesaid, this application is disposed of with direction to trial court to conclude the recording of prosecution evidence within a period of six months from the date already fixed for recording ofevidence.
