She states that she wants to stay with the petitioner with whom she had married in August, 2011. She submits that before marriage her
^ name was Raksha. She has also submitted that she was even living with her parents with her own free will. When the police visited her parents house in her search and at her request she was taken to a shelter home.
In view ofthe aforesaid, counsel for the petitioner says that the purpose of this habeas corpus petition has been achieved and the

This petitionis accordingly dismissed as not pressed.
Ms. Zoyashallbe at liberty to staywith anyone she desires and she need not be taken back to shelter home.
