07.10.2013 Pursuant to the order of this Court dated 23.05.2013 the applicants have already been arrested and released on bail. The 10 SI Rakesh Kumar, Police
Station Burari who is present in the Court submits that the applicants have joined investigation and have co-operated with it.
Counsel appearing on behalf of the applicants states that the misunderstanding between the applicants and the complainant which resulted in the subject FIR has already been settled between the parties amicably and the amount ~2,00,000/- under the said agreement has been paid to the complainant without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the applicants for which the complainant acknowledges the receipt.
Since the applicants have already been arrested·and released on bail, the present applications have become infructuous and are disposed of accordingly.
