07.10.2013 These are applications under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant ofbail in
FIR No. 143/2013 under Sections 342/376/506/34 IPG, PS Hari Nagar.
The matter was referred to mediation cell. Although in Bail
Application 652/2013 the report ofthe mediator is to the effect that matter could not be settled, however, in Bail Application 1056/2013 arising out of the same FIR, the matter was referred to mediation cell and the report of mediation cell has been received whereby the dispute between the parties have been amicably settled. The complainant is also present and submits
2013:DHC:6871 that there is no objection to release the appellant on bail. Learned public prosecutor for the state also submits that in view ofthe settlement arrived at between the parties, she has no objection to the release ofaccused on bail.
In the circumstances, it is ordered that in the event of arrest, the petitioners be admitted to bail on each ofthem furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs. 15,000/- with one surety in the like amount, subject to the satisfaction ofthe lO/SHO concerned. However, the petitioners are directed to join the investigation as and when called. Petitioners are further directed to give their mobile number and current address to the investigating officer ofthe case. Further, the petitioners will not temper with evidence.
