ORDER (ORAL)

JUDGMENT

1. Given the fact that though this writ petition has been filed belatedly, we are not inclined to interfere with the impugned order passed by the Tribunal.

2. The petitioner, is therefore, directed to comply with the order passed by the Tribunal within four weeks from today.

3. We, however, clarify that this order shall not be treated as an affirmation of the direction passed by the Tribunal and is being passed only because the petitioner’s writ petition is highly belated. W.P.(C) 2752/2025

4. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
