ORDER

1. This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.324/2013 under Section 498A/304B/34 IPG P.S. Mandawali Fazalpur, Delhi.

2. Learned counsel for petitioner has submitted that petitioner is the uiimarried sister-in-law. She has been falsely implicated in the present case. There areno specific allegations against herintheFIR.

3. On the other hand, learned APP has submitted that there are serious allegations against the petitioner and NBWs have been issued against her as BAIL APPLN. 1883/2013 Page 1of[2] 2013:DHC:7057 # such she is not entitled for bail.

4. The deceased was 22 years of age. She got married with the brother of the petitioner on 16.11.2012 and she committed suicide by hanging herselfwiththe ceiling fan on 31.5.2013. The death is within 514 months of themarriage. There are allegations ofharassment andtorture being given to the deceased by her in-laws. The petitioner is named in the FIR. In view of the seriousness of allegations, it is not a fit case for the grant of anticipatory bail. Application is rejected.
