ORDER o/o 11.10.2013 By the present petition, petitioner seeks transfer of the complaint case bearing C.C.No.81/1/12 titled 'Shakuntala Banks Vs. Babu Lai &Ors.' which is pending in the court of Sh.Sunil Kumar Sharma, learned
Metropolitan Magistrate, Tis Hazari Courts to the Courts at Saket on the ground that pursuant to the complaint filed FIR has been registered at the
Police Station Kotla Mubarakpur. Counsel submits that the Courts at Saket would be the appropriate court of jurisdiction.
The prayer made in this petition is not opposed by counsel appearing for the State. Accordingly, the petition is allowed. The complaint bearing C.C.No.81/1/12 titled 'Shakuntala Banka Vs. Babu Lai &
Ors.' is transferred,to the Courts at Saket. Accordingly, the petition stands disposed of.
