Instruments Act, 1881 pertaining to dishonour of two cheques of fS,SO,OOO/- each, deserve to be quashed.
Although the second respondent I complainant had been appearing before this Court on earlier occasions, but none is present on his behalf today.
Petitioner submits that a comprehensive settlement has been reached with second respondent/ complaint, as recorded in the order of
22nd July, 2013 but second respondent is not interested in coming forward to get these proceedings quashed.
Be that as it may. In view of order of 22nd July, 2013 in CS(OS)
No. 542/2010 Vikas Vi} & Anr. Vs. Rajeev Marwah, the conviction and sentence awarded to petitioner in the above captioned two petitions is quashed. The bail bonds and surety bonds are discharged.
The above captioned two petitions and applications are accordingly disposed of. ~
