ORDER
1. By the present petitions the.petitioners seek transfer of cases [CC No.3257/2011 in TR.P.(CRL.)^ 58/2013; CC No.3258/2011 in TR.P.(CRL.) 59/2013; CC No.3262/2011 in TR.P.(CRL.) 60/2013; CC No.3261/2011 in TR.P.(CRL.) 61/2013; CC No.4458/2011 in TR.P.(CRL.) 62/2013; and CC No.3259/2011 in TR.P.(CRL.) 63/2013] from the Court of Sh.Dheraj Mittal, Metropolitan Magistrate, Saket, to the Court of Sh.V.K. Meena, Metropolitan Magistrate, Patiala House Courts. TR.P.(CRL.) 58/2013 2/3 ^—
2. Notice. Learned counsel for the respondent accepts notice and submits that she has no objection if the present petitions are allowed as other complaints, pertaining to the petitioner, are also pending in the Court of Sh.V.K. Meena, Metropolitan Magistrate, Patiala House Courts.
3. Accordingly, present petitions are allowed. CC No.3257/2011 in TR.P.(CRL.) 58/2013; CC No.3258/2011 in TR.P.(CRL.) 59/2013; CC No.3262/2011 in TR.P.(CRL.) 60/2013; CC No.3261/2011 in TR.P.(CRL.) 61/2013; CC No.4458/2011 in TR.P.(CRL.) 62/2013; and CC No.3259/2011 in TR.P.(CRL.) 63/2013 from the Court of Sh.Dheraj Mittal, Metropolitan magistrate, Saket, are transferred to the Court of Sh.V.K. Meena, Metropolitan Magistrate, Patiala House Courts.
4. Petitions stand disposed of.
5. Let a copy of this order be brought to the notice of District Judge, Saket Courts.
