ORDER oh 29.10.2013 Since after filing of the present petitions, Statute 28 of Indira Gandhi
National Open University has been repealed and Distant Education Council has been dissolved by the Government of India, present writ petitions have become infiuctuous and accordingly, the same stand disposed of.
