28.10.2013 Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that there are four accused persons in this case. Three are already on bail. It is stated that petitioner was given interim protection during the pendency ofthis bail application and she has already joined the investigation and has also given her handwriting to the 10. It is submitted that there are no allegations against her of sending any kind of message to the complainant of having won the lottery.
Learned APP submits that as per the 10, petitioner has joined the investigation and sanyple of her handwriting has already been taken. It is

2013:DHC:6946 Considering the totahty of facts and circumstances, it is ordered that inthe event ofarrest, the petitioner be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond in the sum of ^25,000/- with one surety of the like amount, to the satisfaction ofthe arresting officer/I.O.
Petitioner shall join and cooperate in the investigation as and when called by the 10. In case she does notjoin the investigation, the State will be at liberty to apply for cancellation of bail.
Thebail application stands disposed of.
