Petitioner - Shankar Lai Bajaj is present pursuant to issuance of production warrants.
The petitioners are in custody since 24.08.2011. Shankar Lai Bajaj was granted interim bail vide order dated 29.05.2012 for two months to enable him to settle the dispute with the victims. The matter was referred to
Mediation Centre, Rohini Courts. It is informed that the petitioner - Shankar
Lai Bajaj was able to settle dispute with some of the victims and they were paid ? 7.7 lacs for adjusting their claims to the extent of 10% of the investment. It is further informed that the charge-sheet has been filed and charge under Section 420 IPC has been framed against the petitioner. The petitioner - Shankar Lai Bajaj has volunteered to settle the dispute with the investors - Raj Bala, Suman Kariwal, Vimal, Kamlesh Wadwa, S.P.Wadwa, Indu Sharma & Dhiraj Wadhwa, present in the Court and represented by
Mr.Ravinder Kumar, Advocate, within four weeks after release on interim bail. Mr.Vikas Pahwa, Senior Counsel on instructions stated that within four weeks the petitioner - Shankar Lai Bajaj will furnish a scheme before this
Court and inform as to how and in what manner he intends to settle the disputes with other investors / victims and how much amount he will be able to arrange.
The petitioner - Shankar Lai Bajaj is in custody since 24.08.2011 and no witness has so far been examined. He has settled the dispute with some of the investors when he was granted interim bail earlier. He has assured to settle the disputes with the victims present in the Court within four weeks and to file a detailed scheme to settle the disputes with the other victims /

Taking into consideration all these facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner - Shankar Lai Bajaj is admitted to interim bail for one month from the date of his release on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of ^ 1 lac with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the
Trial Court. He shall surrender his passport (if any). He shall settle the dispute with the investors present in the Court within four weeks and shall present a scheme as to how much amount he would be able to arrange to settle the dispute with the other investors.
Relist on 4^^ December, 2014.

Learned AFP has no objectionto grant of regular bail to the petitioner
- Neha Bajaj in view of the above assurance by her father - Shankar Lai
Bajaj. Considering the custody period already undergone by the petitioner -
Neha Bajaj, she is admitted to bail on her furnishing personal bond in the sum of ^ 50,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court.
The bail application stands disposed of
